Validity checks fail for me. You may want to use a specific version as the source file, which can then be automatically updated with the package version, such as

<https://github.com/jez/pandoc-sidenote/releases/download/>$pkgver/pandoc-sidenote-$pkgver.zip

I'd also be happy to help maintain the package (e. g. co-maintainer), in case you're too busy (and seeing that the last update seems to have been almost two years ago).
