I don't seem run into this issue. All my packages are built in a clean chroot so there's definitely no contractor package and I can still build maya.

Im getting same error: ContractorButtonWithMenu.vala:65: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.elementary.Contractor was not provided by any .service files read: https://github.com/pimvullers/elementary/pull/128

Someone provided me with a patch for evolution 3.16 which is why this now compiles, but I also get a black window even with intel oss driver :(

I also received some errors when I first tried to install it, and when I finally managed to do that, now when I open Maya it takes some time and show just a black screen, probably has something to do with catalyst-test-pxp package, I'm not sure...

Which icon are you talking about? Everything looking good here.

Hi, It seems like I am missing an icon for maya. My other Pantheon (bzr) apps are working fine. Please let me know if this is a known issue.
