Pantheon workarounds installs the session script used by both Pantheon 3D and Pantheon Lite

It also provides() "gala" (in fact, it only installs gala's gconf) to satisfy runtime dependencies of some elementary OS applications and depends() on gnome-settings-daemon-elementary (gsd with ubuntu's patches and elementary OS' patches on top of those) and gnome-settings-daemon-compat (hotkey functionality, etc).

Also packaged, but not installed, are my GTK3 overrides, for ~/.config/gtk-3.0/{gtk.css,settings.ini}

Now that wingpanel-standalone-bzr and slingshot-launcher-standalone-bzr are uploaded to AUR, I've removed all dependency on {lib,}gala from this package. Neither Pantheon 3D nor Pantheon Lite have any need for any part of gala to be installed.

Oh my! Sorry about that, it's a new dependency. I've uploaded libgala-bzr for now.

The new wingpanel and indicators depend on the library and (i believe) the headers from gala. The libgala-bzr package provides just those, not the gala desktop manager (unneeded for panthen-lite/3d/other non-gala derivatives).

I can't install this package because in the dependences is "libgala"... I saw that libgala.so is provided by the package gala-bzr, I installed it but when I try to install again, the package manager try to compile it from AUR bt there is not a package named "libgala or libgala-bzr", even if I delete that dependence from PKGbuild, the package is not installed because it need for libgala... any idea about what is hapenned?

Thanks

By application menu, which software in particular are you referring to?

Slingshot launcher? That should not be a problem caused by this package.

Are you sure you need this? It is for running pantheon-derivative desktops without Gala.

My Application Menu is not showing after I run this workarounds. Although, other indicators are shown in the wingpanel.

Can somebody help me to show Application menu in the wingpanel. Thanks.

Also fixed .SRCINFO.... which really only contains information that is available in the PKGBUILD, and seems pretty redundant.

.SRCINFO does provide an opportunity to spoof some things against the PKGBUILD; is that why it exists?

Looks like I forgot an updpkgsums.

I also removed the dependency on gnome-common; probably just cargo-culted over from gala.

The missing version numbers for gala and pantheon-session will fill in (with the latest bzr versions) when the package builds.

PKGBUILDS can only have one pkgver() function, so I've had to work around that.
