I've provided no a patch for autogen. Please report if there are any problems solved.

@VOID001 can you please provide your automake version: automake --version and also ensure you're using automake in /usr/bin if you have other (older) versions installed: which automake should give you /usr/bin/automake

VOID001 commented on 2016-05-28 03:07 (UTC)

@gaelic I met the same error when run ./autogen.sh , and what's more when I clone the official repository from github and then run ./autogen.sh It complains the same error, err message is shown below: ---snip--- configure.ac:4: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_SILENT_RULES If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow. See the Autoconf documentation. autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoconf failed with exit status: 1

With me it is normal. I update the package every day and never got any problems.

Just a short question: Is anyone else having trouble installing this package (e.g. automake failure), or problems related to the versioning. Thanks in advance.

The versioning scheme is not working for me. For example, I have paper-icon-theme-git-6029377-1 installed but the newer version number is paper-icon-theme-git 45207e8-1 so yaourt thinks this is already updated. paper-gtk-theme-git works though. Maybe you can take a look of that one and do the same thing here? pkgver() { cd "${srcdir}/${_pkgname}" echo $(git rev-list --count HEAD).$(git rev-parse --short HEAD) }

Instead of manually copying and removing invalid files, the automake stuff could be used. Build function which will make a call to ./autogen (no additional options like --prefix needed, as it defaults to /usr) and in the package function just a call to make DESTDIR=$pkgdir install. What definitively should be changed is the arch array. As this package doesn't contain any ELF compiled files. And a question. Is librsvg really needed as dep?

Hi. As far as I know this is intended: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=179069 just run yaourt without --devel just with --aur and you're fine. Just use --devel if you really want to update -git or -svn etc packages.

Each time i run yaourt -Suya --devel this package gets updated. Can it be fixed?
