@Aerz: No, revert that. The key should be added to your user keyring, not the pacman keyring. Anyway, that's not the right key.

By the way, recommend one add the default keyserver to one's ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf; i.e., 

keyserver hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com
keyserver-options timeout=10
with-fingerprint

I got the key error, but solved by importing it manually:

gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 9D2E78EC

Installation of 1.14.0-1 errors with the following message:

==> Verifying source file signatures with gpg...
    papirus-folders git repo ... FAILED (unknown public key AB6D54C1C16D2507)
==> ERROR: One or more PGP signatures could not be verified!
