The package fails to build right now as upstream stopped supporting CUPS ≤ 2.x in favour of 3.x only. You may want to replace runtime dependency libcups with libcups-git. Meanwhile, this packages provides the dedicated upstream libcups repo of CUPS 3.x.
Also, libusb has become a runtime dependency.
