Patch is no longer required.

The patch included is to fix an issue which prevented an archlinux install of pascalcoinwallet from connecting due to an incorrect timezone conversion (making it appear that the node had the wrong time). PascalCoin dev is aware of this and is looking into the issue for an upstream change. Currently pascalcoin_daemon.ini needs to be readable and writable by the user running it.

This installs to /opt/pascalcoin because it needs openssl-1.1 in the exec directory.
