trogdor1138: This package does not compile without ykpers installed. It is therefore not 'optional' and should be listed in depends=().

@Rasi Is this for integrated usage with a YubiKey? I don't have one, so I can't really test or comment. I've added 'ykpers' as an optional dependency for now.

fixed PKGBUILD to include ykpers as dependency. also added a patch that fixes the Makefile to search in /usr instead /usr/local http://53280.de/passwordsafe-git-20130712-1.src.tar.gz compiles fine now.
