@rogueai: Thanks for the report and workaround! I reproduced the issue and even needed --std=gnu18 to compile here.

The PKGBUILD has been updated. Please test and let me know if it doesn't work.

FYI: Upstream has a merged patch for GCC 15 compatibility, though a new release hasn't been tagged yet.

It seems there have been changes to pasystray related to GCC 15, this package no longer compiled on my machine, I had to add:

CFLAGS="--std=gnu23" ./configure [...]

for it to compile again.

'scroll up/down: adjust the volume of respective stream' appears to not work in this build.

Using wlroots-git, sway-git and mako. pasystray-wayland does not show anything when clicking on it. All optional dependencies are installed. However, hovering the mouse over the icon and scrolling with the wheel does change the volume. Avahi daemon is not installed FWIW.
