Git is missing from makedepends

Since this is the Openarl's repository that is usually referenced in the community, I am not making this package point to the fork. So I made a separate package for it: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/path-of-building-community-git/
I also changed the installation path to /opt/ from /usr/share/

I'll look into it. In the worst case, if it does not introduce new dependencies, I'll make a new package for it.
