Note:

This has been fixed in the repository github.com/yaqwsx/PcbDraw (which are other sources than used for this package here).

Can you apply the patch manually in the PKGBUILD, please?

package() fails for me with AttributeError: module 'configparser' has no attribute 'SafeConfigParser'. Did you mean: 'RawConfigParser'?:

Program did not run because two components were missing:

aur/python-svgpathtools
community/python-pcbnewtransition

Please add them to the dependencies

PKGBUILD should update the cloned repo's submodule as it contains the "footprints". This addition should work:

prepare() {
  cd "${srcdir}/${_pkgname}"
  git submodule update --init
}
