Could ask maintianer of prtte to disable pcc there? It seems to just be gcc wrapper, but I don't know if that is used by some other packages in repos.

ah, sorry. Now I understand. Hard to solve. pcc exists since the 70ties. :-)

prtte is something completely different, I thing. PCC is the venerable portable C compiler.. :-)
