I finally got around to installing this package after building it and got the following errors:
pdf4qt: /bin exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem) pdf4qt: /lib exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)
/bin and /lib are symlinks and packages aren't supposed to install directly to those; they should be installing to /usr/bin and /usr/lib instead.

@petris try again. Apparently updpkgsums is not able to update b2sums correctly

The b2sum for 1.3.6-1 is incorrect:
