This was updated in Debian to use libgcj16/GCC 5 now - let me know if you run into issues!

... and by maintainer I mean the Debian one who actually builds things.

This package shows up on the list of packages that need to be rebuit after the recent switch to C++ dual ABI.

Since it's a binary package it's the maintainer who needs to rebuild it first.

Oh - I updated the package but forgot to `mksrcinfo` before pushing (I really should set up a git hook to do that). Should be fixed with -2.

seems like `libgcj15-bin` from the AUR is needed as a dependency

Works great now! Thanks!

The-Compiler commented on 2014-06-11 05:33

Whoa, I totally didn't expect them to (finally!) link against the new libgcj with a minor update.

I updated libgcj, so after you update the next time, everything should work again. Sorry!

tpavlic commented on 2014-06-10 23:27

This binary seems to be linked against libgcj.so.15, but aur/libgcj isn't there yet. Is this not causing a problem for anyone else? Or is it just my dumb luck for updating?
