Upstream link is dead.

Temporary link fix:
1. Download the package from this mirror site [1] (or another mirror site, see below)
2. Put it where makepkg expects to find the sources
3. Run pkgmake

However, I got an error building the package.
--- snippet begin ---
cc -c -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -fstack-protector-strong -fno-plt sigact.c
gcc -c -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -fstack-protector-strong -fno-plt syn.c
gcc -c -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -fstack-protector-strong -fno-plt table.c
./siglist.sh "gcc -E -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I." < ./siglist.in > tmpsiglist.out
make: *** [Makefile:136: siglist.out] Error 1
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Aborting...

And according to archive.org the link has been dead several times over the past few years. The most recent version I can find is from October 2016 [2]. The actual package is not archived but the page contains links to several mirror sites. I tried one at random and got the package from there. It verified against the checksum in the PKGBUILD.
