Unfortunately this is so old the default options in /etc/makepkg.conf will not compile it. I had to turn off many of the compile flags to get it to run. Once I have it installed I turn them back and it runs fine. I do not know how to make this work from within the PKGBUILD if anyone has an idea let me know and I will fix it up. This is definitely an old school game but if you like pente it isn't bad. It is in the debian distros and I could conceivably just grab it from them. I hosted the program on my own gitlab account so that I could be certain that the source doesn't go anywhere.
