updated, please validate

javitonino commented on 2013-11-11 20:27

Due to recent changes, python2-distribute should be changed to python2-setuptools in makedepends. python2-setuptools does not exists any more. Thanks.

I'm having a lot of broken plugins recently (http://sprunge.us/ZPhL), any idea how to fix that ?

juantascon commented on 2013-05-12 16:57

not really sure but it makes sense I'll leave it without python-notify if anybody has trouble please report it, cheers

unhammer commented on 2013-05-12 16:38

python2-notify seems to only be used in the nautilus-related code – isn't it enough that python2-notify is dependent from nautilus-periscope(-svn)? python2-notify brings in ~200MB of dependencies (cairo, wayland etc. etc.) I managed to build, install and use periscope-git fine on my raspberrypi without it at least.

this is a git version, that is a programming error, I recommend you to pass this report upstream

fixed

darkvenger commented on 2012-11-06 00:31

This does not build any more, you must change the python-beautifulsoup dependency to python2-beautifulsoup3.

thank you for your contribution

HI, I've adjusted the PKGBUILD to reflect some package renaming changes.
I also removed python2 from depends since it's already required by the other dependencies.
Most importantly, you should always wrap $pkgdir and $srcdir in double quotes.
Here's the PKGBUILD:

Please update to reflect to change to python2.

Yes. I cannot figure how to use it

juantascon commented on 2010-10-08 05:36

are you talking about the nautilus plugin? if it is, then you should take a look at this:

Could you package please the periscope-gnome too? That would be relly useful. Thanks
