Could you please point me how to force this PKGBUILD to install something to the user's home directory?

This package installs files to the user's home directory! For this to build correctly, it is necessary to sanitize the environment. Please see https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pe/perl-task-weaken/PKGBUILD
