Is there an issue with the dependencies? Because it says it cant find 

Can't locate Module/Build/Tiny.pm in @INC

After installing perl-module-build-tiny it could be build.

I think there is a dependency missing Error: Can't locate Sub/Name.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Sub::Name module) You probably need to add perl-sub-name as dependency
