To be more adhere to Perl package guidelines and some other improvements: - Build and package procedure should be like the package guidelines - Add purge to options - license should be license=('GPL-1.0-or-later' 'Artistic-1.0-Perl') for SPDX - xz>=5.6.3 can be changed to xz for simplicity - And some code style improvements: makedepends=() can be removed; Some braces can be removed

My adjusted PKGBUILD can be used as a reference.

I'd like to co-maintain the package if applicable.
