CSS::Squish uses Test::LongString only in tests. That is why it is added to checkdepends array. You can make this package without check stage using 'makepkg --nocheck'. The package made without check stage is identical to the one made with check stage.

Please add perl-test-longstring to the dependencies (building rt fell over this package complaining about missing perl-test-longstring).
