I set it to require gnupg since everything seems much simpler that way. I tweaked the PKGBUILD to not merge public keys from PAUSE into the building users' keyring automatically. Astute users will have to do that themselves...

for some reason... I can't install 0.67 with cpanp -i using CDA... haven't bothered to determine whether it's specific to CDA
