I don't use Arch on my main system anymore, so I have no easy way to test my PKGBUILDs.
I will disown this package, maybe someone else can take over.

please add perl-irc-utils to dependencies, without it this packade doesn't work

I got a 404 while download from CPAN, as the tarball for this version doesn't exist anymore.

Version 6.68 is out.
