Hi, I think that source is no longer aviable at your adress. I have downloaded it from http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/perl-Text-CSV_XS/Text-CSV_XS-1.07.tgz/1fc30aee0e1c50711b0f8ad1ab0bb0c3/Text-CSV_XS-1.07.tgz Of course, it has same MD5 hash.
