This package is using outdated CVS git build, if you don't mind you could please update it to match the current packaging standards. additionally if you change: ./configure --prefix=/usr --> ./configure --prefix="${pkgdir}/usr" you can safely use 'make install' to distribute the manpage and pgpdump binary.
