From immich-server-1.125.2-1, the dependency on pgvecto.rs is <0.4.0. This allows the provides=("pgvecto.rs=0.2.0") to be removed.

Incompatible with postgres before version 17

Won't build, seems like the directory structure differs from the PKGBUILD config. Get file or directory doesn't exist for .cache/paru/clone/pgvecto.rs-immich-bin/src/usr/lib/postgresql/16/lib/vectors.so. The zip don't have any directories, vectors.so is in root of the zip (together with some sql files).
