There's a checksum mismatch again

@blue Oops, thanks. The i686 checksums were incorrect too, so I suspect there was a rebuild and re-upload. Anyway, this is fixed now. Thanks!

The x86_64 checksums for version 0.9.11 seem to be incorrect. Try these:

md5sums_x86_64=('d21d7db0dd530b908dcd64cabc6bd281')

sha256sums_x86_64=('18cc9b1dd8461aa7b9e454ca226bddab15960c5557b11f68c6017c9a1925de5e')

Great app! Thank you sir.

@elpres This would be a bad idea since /etc/pgweb can contain bookmarks files with sensitive credentials that should not be word-readable. And when started with systemd, pgweb can access these files without any issue: on my system /etc/pgweb is 0750 and the bookmarks are 0600, and everything works.

May I suggest setting the permissions for /etc/pgweb to 755, as it is with all other folders in /etc? Otherwise the process cannot access it without sudo.
