@lsquared618 from postinst

install_systemd()
{
        cp /tmp/pht_script/phtunnel.service /lib/systemd/system/
        cp /tmp/pht_script/phddns_systemd /usr/bin/phddns

        ##Start Phddns Service
        systemctl daemon-reload
        systemctl enable phtunnel.service
        sleep 1
        systemctl start phtunnel.service
}

postinst renamed /tmp/pht_script/phddns_systemd to /usr/bin/phddns, Fixed!

It looks like there's no phddns executable in the installed package, only phtunnel.

I looked in the sources packages and they don't seem to contain that executable either, so this might be an upstream problem. However the official tutorial does show that this command is available on Ubuntu, using the same .deb package as linked here (phddns-5.0.0-amd64.deb).
