Seems that this package is a bit outdated. To make it working again. - Please change the tar.bz2 links to tar.gz as IonCube no longer updates the tar.bz2 links and they include no PHP7 version. - Please copy ioncube_loader_lin_7.0.so instead of ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so and hopefully in future ioncube_loader_lin_7.1.so After that changes it will work at least with PHP 7.0.x in Arch Linux.
