Could you, please, add systemd to makedepends? Otherwise it doesn't build in chroot.

Console version
/usr/bin/php81is installed withphp81-clisubpackage,php81doesn't include it anymore!!!PEAR and PECL are available as
php81-pearandphp81-peclsubpackagesAll shared modules are respresented as stand-alone subpackages and are not included with
php81package anymore.No more extensions in php.ini itself!
Separate INI files for each extension are placed in
/etc/php81/conf.dThey are loaded in correct order according to priority
