After "process_servers ... Passed" the script expect you enter your pia username.

So just enter your username and <enter>.</enter>

Install hangs at:

If I press <enter> it continues, but then I get:</enter>

Looks like that file is different everytime one accesses it (refresh the page and there are different IP addresses). So, I made it skip the sha512sum for that file.
