The license is MIT and the architecture is not 'any'. I suggest using 'x86_64' and 'aarch64'.

Corrected dependencies:

depends=('cairo' 'gtk4' 'poppler-glib')
makedepends=('cargo')

There are no tests, so no need for the check() function.

doesn't build at the moment in a chroot.
