Package is broken atm. There is a patch which fixes it, for the time being at least here: https://github.com/lclarkmichalek/pip2arch/issues/22#issuecomment-1670570392
Ultimately it's related to a deprecated Python package, I gather, so ideally could do with a Pythonista to fork and fix/update it properly.
For now, it seems to work if you apply the aforementioned patch.
Alternately, I have forked the upstream repo and pre-applied it here: https://github.com/Omnikron13/pip2arch

You're missing the "git" make dependency - that's why the package is failing to build inside a clean chroot.
