Hey, I just found the issue. Somehow mono-alpha was causing trouble. Uninstalling pkhex and mono-alpha and installing the mono package solved the issue for me. I was able to install the current version of pkhex now.

@pepper-jk the dependency was updated to msbuild-stable, which I have recently updated. I just ran the build in a chroot, and it worked successfully. I'd give it a try if you're still having issues, cheers.

I was able to build PKHeX with the msbuild-15-bin aur package, but some time ago it stopped working. I didn't really look into it until now, but this is the build output: https://pastebin.com/0ZKnjS0L
