I figured out what was going wrong. It was asking for pin and when I was switching to the keyboard it wasn't working and I didn't realize it was auto capitalizing because it did not realize it was a password field.
I turned the auto capitalization off in the keyboard settings for now and it seems to be fine.

PIN in this case is the same as your user password, you can type alphabetical letters using your keyboard or with the onscreen keyboard (tap on the keyboard icon in the password field).

What's the default pin code? The oobe after logging into my existing user never asked, and there's no way to unlock it without.

yay -S aur/plasma-mobile

plasma-mobile is not working anymore since plasma has been updated to 6.1 in archlinux.

Hi, installation does not work as the source https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/6.0.3.1/plasma-mobile-6.0.3.1.tar.xz does not exist. Could you please update? Thanks!
Are there any plans to move plasma-mobile to the archlinux-repos as phosh has been added?
