Sorry, I won’t maintain this package myself: I am not an Arch Linux user, so I don’t see myself as fit for the maintenance of AUR packages.

@vv221

Can you support this package yourself? I gave up ownership from him if you can do it better.

For packaging purposes, I recommend using the tarballs provided here instead of the ones provided by our GitLab instance: https://downloads.dotslashplay.it/releases/

Unlike the automatically generated GitLab tarballs, these ones are reproducible and signed using my GPG key. You can rebuild them locally using make dist.

Anyone willing to actively maintain this AUR package should contact me, then I can add them to the recipients list of an e-mail sent on each ./play.it release (this won’t spam you, our regular activity is 1~2 releases every month). An alternative would be to follow our Fediverse account: @playit@fediverse.dotslashplay.it.

Another tip: pandoc is no longer used to generate the manpage, it can be dropped from makedepends.

Hi! I'm seeing a local (2.11.4-3) is newer than AUR (2.11.4-2) (using yay)

Please consider updating the upstream URL to: https://www.dotslashplay.it/

There is a redirect from https://wiki.dotslashplay.it to https://www.dotslashplay.it/ that I plan to maintain in the foreseeable future, but still it would be nice to direct people on the current domain.

Thanks again for your work maintaining these packages ;)
