The correct URL for the deb file is https://download-cdn.panic.com/mirror/Linux/Mirror-1.3.0.x86_64.deb

man I put all that work into cleanly packaging the 1.0.0 version with icons and a desktop file and then they release 1.1.0 which has all that included...
