Hi, the latest version of Sub-Zero has been released (https://forums.plex.tv/t/rel-sub-zero-2-6-5-3074-subtitles-done-right/118396). Plex dropped support for channels, but is keeping the Plug-ins protocol going.

This Plex Plug-in is now installable as an official Plex Channel and it includes some major improvements over this package. See here https://github.com/pannal/Sub-Zero.bundle/wiki/Installation
