Should be fixed now, I have no idea why this is happening. libiomp5.so is clearly owned by intel-oneapi-openmp but it doesn't work until I include intel-oneapi-compiler-shared-runtime.

Hello again, still fails with /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -liomp5: No such file or directory

Similar packages can be built for ATLAS and AMD AOCL.
