Okay, I can reproduce the 403 error. I think the curl User Agent is forbidden now... That's a shame. If you know how to configure a PKGBUILD to use a different User Agent, let me know please. I have no time to search that for now.

Can still be built by modifying the PKGBUILDs `source` with `https://dl.opendesktop.org/api/files/download/id/1460761329/166607-polar-night.tar.gz` and `sha1sum` with `0531898e24c31b1241cc41226560ba56d798b5b0` as of this comment.
