change the following line in PKGBUILD:

_reponame="polybar-$pkgname"

to

_reponame="$pkgname"

it's not polybar-polybar-easyeffects-pesets

The name of this package should be "polybar-easyeffects-presets" to make room for acutal easyeffects-presets.
