CMake Error at libraries/launcher/CMakeLists.txt:2 (project):
  No CMAKE_Java_COMPILER could be found.

Tell CMake where to find the compiler by setting either the environment
variable "JAVA_COMPILER" or the CMake cache entry CMAKE_Java_COMPILER to
the full path to the compiler, or to the compiler name if it is in the
  PATH.

@trainzkid Not good advice. This package depends on the shared library quazip-qt6 provides. All you need to do is rebuild it with the updated package installed (1.4 in this case).

trainzkid commented on 2023-01-30 06:43 (UTC)

For anyone getting the error related to missing libquazip1-qt6.so.1.3.0 like I just did, either downgrade quazip-qt6 to version 1.3-1 or switch (like most others are) to polymc-bin instead.

Yeah, this package is maintained by an inactive troll account trying to hold the package hostage. Use polymc-bin or git for now.

This doesn't work for me. When I try to add my Microsoft minecraft account the window gets stuck on 'Working...'. I used polymc-bin (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/polymc-bin) instead and it works fine.

My apologies Foxboron.

Please stop using the comment field on this package as a debate forum.

  1. Yes they did. Please research and educate yourself more on the subject :)
  2. Sure it does, if other maintainers are, in your eyes, trying to destroy the project with their creative vision. I would do the same thing to protect the users.
  3. Yes they did. Again, not my fault you aren't as well versed on the topic as you can be.
  4. Your opinions are not facts. Please stop spreading misinformation.
  5. Never said he was THE creator.
  6. Yes you have, quit lying. You literally just did again.

haxie commented on 2022-10-31 16:08 (UTC)

@hockeymikey - 1. The maintainers did not threaten to kick Lenny out. 2. Even if they had? That does not give Lenny the right to perform a hostile takeover. 3. None of the members took part in slander, please stop spreading those lies. 4. You wish to give control of a package to someone who has shown themselves to be unstable, and has added a known malware developer to the organisation members. I'd say that's pretty biased. 5. Lenny is not the creator of the project. 6. " I never called anyone names." - neither have I.
