Any idea why nwjs is requesting to open kdewallet?

@314eter Thanks for the update. If you don't plan on maintaining the package anymore, then sure disown it and I'll adopt it. Otherwise, you can also just add me as a co-maintainer so that you'll still be able to contribute when you have time :)

Thanks for the update, and sorry for the delay.

@neitsab: I can disown this package (and popcorntime-git) if you want to adopt it.

Updated PKGBUILD for the latest 0.3.10 version here: http://sprunge.us/WBhW

This version changed packaging, so I seized the occasion to overhaul it: get rid of now extraneous variable $_barch and correctly copy over everything contained in the archive (the current PKGBUILD leaves a lot of files behind).

Warning: this new version of PT looks for databases (settings, watched, bookmarked...) in $HOME/.config/Popcorn-Time/**Default**/data/, while previous versions didn't use the "Default" hierarchy level. Cache also seems to have been moved to .cache/, so you should copy over what you need of reimport your databases from the app settings.

Git diff of the changes: http://sprunge.us/jVEQ

movies thumbnail not showing :/

DLNA is not working. Maybe they've done another inane update without bumping the version number (if they do, they should really stop, that's craziness right there).

It works perfectly, thanks a lot!! The only two issues I found here (doesn't happen on Ubuntu) are:

- that thumbnails are not shown for series and films
- Anime tab doesn't work for me (but used to work last time I checked it some weeks ago)

@neitsab That makes sense, thank you.

@Maintainers: You can remove the update-desktop-database from install file, as that is now handled by pacman hooks.

neitsab commented on 2016-08-03 19:37

@goetzc No. Make a judgment for yourself by comparing the tone in the link you mentioned and the one from https://www.reddit.com/r/PopCornTime/comments/4bbxw4/popcorn_time_faq/, and the linked https://www.reddit.com/r/PopCornTime/comments/47o4bz/is_there_any_truth_to_the_guy_who_claims_the/d0fpicf.

The one which tries the hardest to convince, and does so by fat-fingering and calling out a conspiracy hardly ever is the right one...
