@gameslayer Please try again. Do you still get node_modules installed in home folder? I wasn't able to get it to not create a file called .yarnrc in the user's home folder, so if you anyone has any ideas for this, let me know

need to change the location of the node_modules because it dumps it on the users home folder instead of /tmp

Can confirm that I'm also getting the "cannot stat build/Popcorn-Time/*" error, even after clearing the build cache etc.

@test0 Try a clean build. I.e. remove the popcorntime-git build cache, and try reinstalling.

If a clean build does not fix it, I'm afraid I'm not sure what the problem might be. You might want to open an issue on the official github page. I was getting an error similar to yours before the recent changes I made to the build process, and now it just works for me.

@FirstAirBender: build with success today, however I still get the start-up error.

@test0

This is happening because popcorntime.app seems to be having trouble staying up. The problem is that the build fails because it is not able to download a file (https://popcorntime.app/version.json) required for building the package, therefore it fails to produce a build directory, which is what we need in the package section of the build.

I'd say try again later today or sometime tomorrow. I honestly can't say how long it will take before the site is back up.

I am getting this while building the package:

cp: cannot stat 'build/Popcorn-Time/*': No such file or directory
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package().
    Aborting...

@test0 Please try again

@test0 Looks like the site (popcorntime.app) is down right now, so I can't build it.

However that error looks like a display issue. In the meanwhile, you can report the issue on the github page, or try reinstalling the package (assuming popcorntime.app) is working again.
