I had forgotten to increment the PKGREL. That has been fixed now.

I have renamed the 'build()' function to 'package()'. Every PKGBUILD file must have a 'package()' function now.

The dependency 'pgintcl' is itself an AUR package. So, you should download, build and install that first.
