Just found this package days after uploading powder-toy-bin. Which one should we keep?

I suggest we stick with my name to make it more consistent with powder-toy and delete this one. My version also installs the rest of the files that would normally come with the source-built version. What do you think? I can add you as a co-maintainer if you want.

98.1 has been released, which is an april fools update.

Changed versioning scheme to include the build version in order to match official one (i.e. the one used by the powder-toy package.)
There may be multiple builds per single version, so the current one didn't make much sense.

Changed download source to prevent breakage if package becomes out of date
