Apparently powerdevil doesn't work correctly when installed in /opt/kf5, it causes kded5 to go in a loop and uses a lot of CPU (it's always using 50% CPU on my computer), see here:

@arojas I builded from zero all kf5 git version (complete uninstall, deleted dir /opt/kf5 and my build kf5's directory) and the problem is still there :(
I have this message when I build solid-git (I posted there too):
-- The following features have been disabled:
* Solid::Job , WIP: Base class for Solid Asynchronous apis
* Solid::PowerManagement , WIP: Asynchronous API for power management
-- Configuring done

hi, I have an issue, I tested differents commits and the problem are still there :( ... in systemsettings>powermanagement menu I don't have access to energysaving menu, is marked
"Power Management configuration module could not be loaded.
The Power Management Service appears not to be running.
This can be solved by starting or scheduling it inside "Startup and Shutdown" "
but the service is marked like running and Stop-Start don't change it.
I don't know if is an upstream bug, i searched in bugs.kde.org and there's nothing or another thing, or if is new bug then repor it
thank's for tips
PS I have a desktop

hi, only to report this message conflict:
file owned by 'kdebase-workspace' and 'powerdevil-git': 'usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper.policy'

@ant32 you have to update kauth-git first
