GPL/LGPL licensed code needs to be built from source, or the package should be renamed to 'preloader-signed-bin'. See sources here: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jejb/efitools.git/

@MarsSeed, this does not warrant flagging the package out-of-date. The package is wrongly named, but it's not out of date.
