The current sources point to the old host which isn't valid anymore. Official hosting has moved to Github. See https://github.com/bluescan/proggyfonts

I have started working on a rewrite of the PKGBUILD to support all the fonts provided by the project, but life has gotten in the way to this point.

I hope to publish the changes soon.

While I wasn't the person that flagged the package, I suppose that it happened because there is a new Proggy Vector font that it is not currently provided. It, along with the original bitmapped fonts, can be found at https://github.com/bluescan/proggyfonts, which is described as "the official home of the Proggy fonts".

Recent flags for the reason "Some files changed" aren't clear in asking what to add/modify, as the package still builds cleanly. If changes or updates are required for this package, please explain them when flagging the package.
