Please enable "systemctl reload prometheus-blackbox-exporter" by adding

ExecReload=/bin/kill -HUP $MAINPID

to the [Service] section of the systemd service. This way, the blackbox exporter has the ability to ignore configuration errors and keep running with the old config. Thanks!
